Certified in Xero, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and MYOB, Salinda has garnered extensive experience in the Australian BPO industry, serving diverse clients from Australia. He has adeptly managed financial processes and client portfolios across various sectors including retail trading, construction, real estate, and e-commerce. With a strong foundation in financial management, Salinda brings extensive expertise in handling diverse accounting needs.

Nishantha Perera, B.Com,  is a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in commerce. He is an expert in Xero, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and MYOB, bringing valuable insights and expertise to the team. Nishantha has over 10 years of experience in public practice specialising in accounting, Taxation business structuring. Nishantha has 5 years of combined experience in corporate accounting and as a payroll specialist prior to join public practice. With a comprehensive understanding of financial principles and business management Nishantha plays a key role in driving financial strategies and achieving business objectives. He has a friendly approach and serving diverse range of clients from Australia.

Russell brings a wealth of Chartered Accounting experience to the Integrity Accounting and Taxation Services Townsville office which was opened in 2015, having previously been a Partner of CE Smith & Co and a Principal of Crowe Horwath.
A James Cook University graduate, Russell has practiced in Townsville and Regional North Queensland throughout his professional life. He has significant expertise in advising clients across a broad range of businesses including, but not limited to Agribusiness, Medical Specialists and General Practitioners, Tourism, Hotels and other Hospitality, Engineering, Legal Practices Retail, Professional Sporting Franchises, Real Estate and Property Developers. He is a regular visitor to Western Queensland townships, particularly Julia Creek.
Russell has held positions as Director and Company Secretary for many corporations over the years, including Chairman of NORQEB (Ergon Energy), Director of Ergon Energy Retail, and Director/Company Secretary of North Queensland Crematorium Ltd. He was Company Secretary and Professional Advisor to the highly successful Aboriginal Corporation Morr Morr Pastoral Company Pty Ltd in the Gulf of Carpentaria region, James Cook University Corporations including JCU Uninet Pty Ltd which developed and owned the Stinger nets used on the Queensland beaches, and Barrier Reef Basketball Pty Ltd which established the Townsville Crocodiles NBL Franchise.
He coordinated the approval of and funding for the Construction of the Townsville Entertainment and Convention Centre working closely with Councils, Community, Media, and Politicians to bring this important Community Project to fruition, subsequently, he developed the Townsville Crocodiles Corporate Business Model, in liaison with senior local business interests, to the point where the Company operated one of the most financially successful Sporting Franchises in Australia.
He is the past President of the North Queensland Club and past Treasurer of John Flynn College and JCU Rugby Club. Russell is a keen golfer and Rugby Union fanatic.
